Adriatica isn’t just one of the most recognizable neighborhoods in North Texas or McKinney TX…it’s definitely one of the most UNIQUE!!
Inspired by a Croatian fishing village, this corner of Stonebridge Ranch feels like you accidentally crossed an ocean instead of Eldorado Parkway. Cobblestone streets, waterfront views, boutique shops, restaurants, live music, and architecture you won’t find anywhere else in DFW.
It’s beautiful, but it’s also a real neighborhood where people live, walk, dine, and gather.
